I had to purchase a new vehicle unexpectedly after my car was totaled in an accident the night previous. G.R. Goodwin was my salesman. He helped me so much and really fought to get me in a vehicle I could afford, and that wasn't easy! My last car was paid off so I was shocked at the average prices of a used car, car payment since I was last in the game. But he helped me navigate through all of it and he was so fun to talk to! I went up there like a damn fool..believing their commercials talking about making deals they are not supposed to. There outta be a law for dealerships lying about deals. $1 down or 0.down good credit bad credit use your income or paystubs. It's all smoke in mirrors to get you in the door. Then the the we don't use credit. It's all b.s. literally went 43 miles over there for nothing ! The. Still happen to have to come up $2000 down. 0 down for $776 a month but still needed $2000 down. We want you in a car. Nawl they didn't want me in a car bad enough. I even gave them the benefits of the doubt. Yeah at first I was like praise God I might walk out of here with a ride. Nope !

Came here after getting done wrong by the other store in Tampa advertising no credit checks. How is that even legal?? and I was super skeptical at first after going there but man did this place prove me wrong.Super professional and everybody was so nice. They brought me a freezing cold water as soon as I walked in the door. The place was packed so I had to wait a few min but they hooked me up with fresh hot popcorn for me and my baby girl. 10/10 customer service.They did me right man found me a new Outlander 3-row SUV for under $30,000 with a lifetime warranty. I want to start by saying I had the most polite sales man named Cleon. I highly recommend him if you need a vehicle he will work over time to make sure you like your vehicle and that you get the best experience and leave happy with your choice. I swear this was the best decision I’ve ever made. I accepted a promotion offer, but unfortunately, I didn’t qualify because of an open loan on a car. My salesperson, Cleon, was incredibly sweet and kind. He went above and beyond to help us find a realizable car in good condition with ample space and gas. I did not believe that I was going to driving away in my brand new 2025 suv. I’m in love with it , my family loves it and I’m very happy. I loved my experience of this place from beginning to end. David Anderson was the best salesman around. There was no nonsense sales talking from David like I got at Maher CHEVY. He was very patient with all my questions and the whole buying experience. I can’t recommend him enough, even if you’re not looking to buy now. I bought a used Chevy truck on Saturday 12/13/25 and they were pretty busy that day due to the radio ad. They are part of a larger group, so they could find a vehicle at another location if you wanted. Just go see David and you won’t be disappointed.

After hearing the radio commercials every morning and evening on the way to and from work I knew I had to reach out to St. Pete Mitsubishi to see if they could help me get into a new car. After filling out the online form I reached out and spoke to Joshua who was great and told me to come in to see if I liked any cars. The next evening I went to St Pete Mitsubishi and Joshua was busy so he had Martin take care of me. Martin was great to work with! My credit is not great, not even good but Martin assured me they can get anyone approved under the right circumstances. Martin put in some work with the finance team and was able to get me approved for the car I came in looking to buy within a short period of time with no money down (just like the radio commercial advertised!).The experience was great and wasn't too long and dragged out like some places can be. Even Elijah who finializes all the paperwork at the end was so nice! Overall the whole experience with Joshua, Martin and Elijah was wonderful and I would highly recommend St Pete Mitsubishi to everyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you all!

I’m very hard to please when it comes to cars, it’s almost impossible. BUT, when you have a salesperson like Genesis, she will get you the numbers FAST to help you make an informed decision.To put this purchase into respective, I drove from Pensacola FL to Seminole FL, which was about 17 hours in the car total with stops.When I got to the dealership, I was already really tired. She quickly helped me bring my rental car back to Enterprise, then offered me some lunch from Chicken Salad Chick! (which was fresh and delicious btw).We then took the car for a test drive, before she dropped me back off at the dealership and went to gas up my car. She’s also a car person and really knows her stuff so we really hit it off!The rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating.I was only at the dealership probably around an hour before turning around and heading back to Pensacola. We had just bought a new Outlander and we decided to take a trip to Florida from Canada and my Fob for the car wasn’t working so I immediately stopped in to the Mitsubishi Dealership on Park Blvd in Florida. I was in a panic and told him my Fob wasn’t working at all so he told me and my wife to relax and go inside and have a coffee so we did. 10 minutes later Michael came out and said you’re good to go.
